Nature cooling Disk Type Strong Electromagnetic Separator Series RCDB-G

　　Series RCDB-G (also called PDC disk type electromangetic separator) is used for removing iron from powdery or lumpy nonmagnetic materials. Magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design, so it has a deep penetration strong magnetic force and high filed gradient and can provide the biggest attracting force.
　　The shell is welded by sealed steel plate and has gone through strict test of air-proof. Meanwhile, a vacuum filling epoxy resin has been added between coil and shell to enable the equipment work well even under harsh working conditions.
　　Natural cooling mode is adopted without the control of extra heat transmission equipments, which causes a less risk of fault occur. All tech data meet the standard JB/T7689-2004 and some are even beyond the national standard. The product can remove 0.1~35 kg materials from non-magnetic materials and the removing rate can up t0 95% or more.
　　Note: 1.We advice you to use alternate separators and energize them intermittently, so they can remain a cold-state working situation and thus have a strong and stable attraction force The control circuit that adopts PLC control is flexible and can not only discharge iron regularly but also has sound &light alarm
